The Policy applies to:

  • the use of the Judo Mobile mobile application
  • the use of the Judo Mobile Console computer application
  • the use of websites under the judomobile.app domain (including the web version of Judo Mobile and Judo Mobile Console) and other Judo Mobile services that contain a reference to this Privacy Policy.

These services are collectively referred to herein as the "Service" or the "System".

Users of the Judo Mobile Application

  • Functional Data: Randomly generated device identifier, application settings, information about "Your" competitors.

These data are mainly used for analytical purposes, improving service quality, and enabling application features such as PUSH notifications.

Users of the Judo Mobile Account

Additionally, for users with an account in our system, we collect:

  • Identification and Contact Information: First name and last name, email address, phone number, club affiliation, and club country.
  • Security Data: Encrypted password.

This information is necessary for managing the user account, enabling registration for tournaments, and communication.

Users of the Judo Mobile Console Application

For users of our desktop application, in addition to the data mentioned above, we also collect:

  • Tournament Management Data: Tournaments managed by the user, tournament files uploaded to the system, anonymized tournament files for compatibility checks.

Competitors Data

Information about competitors collected includes:

  • Personal Data: First name and last name, gender, year of birth, club and club country, competitor's country, weight, rank (belt).
  • Sports Data: Starting categories, match results, tournament results, competitor ID in the Judo Mobile system.

This data is processed to enable system functionalities and analysis of results in anonymized form.

Users of Websites

For users visiting our websites, we collect:

  • Technical and Operational Data: IP address, device and software information, general location, website interactions, time spent on subpages.

This information is used for website usage analysis and improving the quality of services provided.

All the above data is collected directly from users through registration forms and other interactions with our services, or is collected automatically during the use of applications and websites.

4. Data Sharing

At Judo Mobile, we are committed to protecting your data and sharing it only when necessary to provide our services. This section describes how and when your data may be shared:

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers and partners who assist us in delivering and improving our services. Tournament Results and Registrations

Tournament data (results, participants, categories, matches, registrations) may be shared with all users of the Judo Mobile application. This is necessary to provide users with access to tournament results and relevant information for the provision of our services.

A list of registered participants along with coach data may be shared with tournament organizers where participants have been registered. This is necessary for the registration service for tournament participants. The scope of data depends on the information provided by coaches during registration, and organizers may require completion of specific fields (including participant category and weight, coach's name, and contact information).

5. Storage and Transfer of Data to Other Countries

Please be aware that your data may be transferred and stored in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Such transfers will comply with necessary data protection regulations and mechanisms ensuring the protection of your data.

We do not sell or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers located in Warsaw (Poland).
